We treat the phone and the CRM as one job.
Most real estate teams end up with a CRM nobody updates and a calling effort nobody tracks. We run both together so nothing falls through.
How we work
We started by managing CRMs for real estate teams and kept running into the same problem: a clean pipeline with no one qualifying the leads inside it. So we built a calling operation to go with it, trained on real estate conversations, logging every call straight back into the CRM. Today we do both for our clients, alongside lead capture from Zillow and other portals, and the Zapier or Make integrations that keep everything talking to each other. HudsonBurnham has run this way with us for over a year, across 10 or more realtors and 150 or more daily leads.
A few things we hold to on every account
Real numbers, not vague claims
Every proposal and report we send uses actual figures from your account, not industry averages dressed up as promises.
One team, not three vendors
CRM, calling, and integrations run through the same team, so nothing gets lost between handoffs.
Month to month, on the merits
Clients stay because the pipeline works, not because of a long term contract.
Real estate first, but not only real estate
Our core clients are realtors, leasing teams, and brokerages across the US, including HudsonBurnham, City Sphere, and Fourte International. We’ve also brought the same CRM and automation approach to GleeFull, Brickbuilt, and T2 Markets outside the industry.
